How it works...

We electronically download your invoices from Federal Express every week and our system thoroughly audits every airbill.

We transmit a credit request containing the credits candidates we've identified to FedEx for credit.

While we are waiting for a credit request response from FedEx we apply your general ledger account codes to every airbill.

Upon receipt of the credit request response from FedEx, your open remittance is updated to reflect the credits approved by FedEx and we create your remittance documentation or transfer file (for our Inquiry System users).

We transmit a remittance file to FedEx detailing the how your payment is to be applied when it receives your check.

All you have to do is write the check to Federal Express for the amount expressed in our remittance instructions and reference our control number.
